Congratulations on your choice of the Liebert UPStation GXT™ Uninterruptible Power System (UPS). It provides conditioned power to microcomputers and other sensitive electronic equipment.
Upon generation, AC power is clean and stable. However, during transmission and distribution it may be subject to voltage sags, spikes, or complete power failure which may interrupt computer operations, cause data loss, or even damage equipment. The UPStation GXT™ protects equipment from these disturbances.

The UPStation GXT™ comes in nominal power ratings of 700, 1000, 1500, 2000, or 3000 VA. The UPStation GXT™ is a compact, “on-line” UPS. An “on-line” UPS continuously conditions and regulates its output voltage, whether the utility power is present or not. It supplies connected equipment with clean sinewave power. Sensitive electronic equipment operates best from sinewave power.

For ease of use, the UPStation GXT™ contains a light emitting diode (LED) display to indicate either “load percentage” or “battery capacity” depending upon the mode of operation. It also provides self-diagnostics, a combination On/Alarm Silence/Manual Battery Test button, a combination Off/Bypass button, and two levels of alarms when the unit is operating on battery.
The UPStation GXT™ has an interface port for communications between the UPS and a LAN server or other computer system. This port provides detailed operating information including voltages, currents, and alarm status to the host system when used in conjunction with Liebert SiteNet® software. SiteNet® software can also remotely control UPS operation.

Liebert AP400

The Liebert AP400 Series true on-line uninterruptible power supply eliminates almost all power disturbances that can corrupt data and damage equipment. During a power failure, the AP400 will provide up to 15 minutes of battery back-up at full load, longer with additional battery cabinets or racks.

Liebert APM UPS

The row-based Liebert APM is a transformerless, on-line UPS that allows quick and easy capacity increases with modular power scalability – no additional floor space required. The UPS operates with high efficiency – up to 94% at loads of 50-100%.

Liebert CommSure Redundant UPS Interface

Liebert CommSure redundant UPS interface allows network managers to create their own high availability power system using existing UPS systems. The system eliminates false shutdown signals that occur when separate UPS systems are used to power computers with redundant power supplies. Liebert CommSure permits two Liebert UPS systems to function together as a redundant, high availability power system when used with computers with two or more power supplies. The unit assures that computers will continue to operate as long as power is available from one UPS or both. If power is unavailable from either UPS, Liebert CommSure, using Liebert MultiLink software, will automatically shut down your computers in an orderly manner. 50Hz or 60Hz.

Liebert FS Flywheel Energy Storage

An efficient and reliable alternative to standard battery systems used with a UPS. Liebert FS may be used as the sole back-up DC energy storage device or in conjunction with conventional battery strings and /or generator sets. Flywheels may be paralleled to provide for higher power requirements, longer runtimes, or for N+1 redundancy. This product is discontinued.

Liebert UP Station D

The Liebert UPStation D provides continuous, conditioned power to microcomputers and other data processing equipment. Upon generation, AC power is clean and stable. However, during transmission, it may be subject to load variations or accidents which cause power problems like low voltage, voltage spikes, or complete power failure. These problems may interrupt computer operations, cause data loss, or even damage equipment.

The UPS provides protection from many of these disturbances. It smooths out voltage variations and, in the event of complete power failure, it supports equipment long enough for an orderly shutdown. These desktop and rackmount units are available in four ratings: 600, 900, 1400, and 2000 VA.

Normally, the UPS connects filtered AC utility input power to its AC outputs; but when the UPS senses a power failure, it sounds an alarm, tuns ON the battery lights, and provides AC power to equipment through a sealed, maintenance-free battery. Upon utility restoration, the UPS powers the equipment with filtered AC utility power, boosting it if necessary.

If a brownout occurs and AC power drops below acceptable levels, the UPS boosts voltage without battery drainage and maintains quality power indefinitely.

The UPS contains a counter which automatically initiates a 15-second battery test every 7 days and upon start-up. The UPS resets the counter after back-up operation, manual battery test, or if the UPS is switched OFF. The operator may perform a manual battery test by pressing the ALARM SILENCE button.

A control circuit monitors power input and battery condition and upon sensing a fault, sounds an alarm and flashes a visual indication of the UPS status. In addition, a communications port enables the UPS to inform a computer equipped with SiteNet software of the power failure. SiteNet automatically saves data and performs an orderly shutdown. Cables and software are available as optional computer/LAN Interface Kits.
